Vadim Mell is a patent agent focusing on patent prosecution in the biomedical and medical instrumentation fields. Mr. Mell has been working at Fay Kaplun & Marcin, LLP since the Fall of 2016. Under the supervision of registered patent attorneys, he has drafted an array of patent prosecution documents including drafting amendments and responses to Office Actions of the USPTO.

Mr. Mell was awarded the Macaulay Honors Full Academic Scholarship and the Academic Excellence Award as the top student in the Biomedical Engineering at City College. Mr. Mell will be entering law school in the Fall of 2021. He is pursuing a legal career in Intellectual Property law and, specifically, patent law.
