Mr. Arsego has been with Fay Kaplun & Marcin since the summer of 2015. Under the supervision of registered patent attorneys, he has drafted a wide array of patent prosecution documents relating to the fields of medicine, mechanical engineering, telecommunications and computer science.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arsego worked as a legal intern in the intellectual property divisions of the Nielsen Company and Vringo, Inc. He was also a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic for two semesters, where he performed pro bono work for start-up companies in need of patent law advice and prosecution work.

Mr. Arsego earned a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University in 2010, and worked as an engineer for three years prior to law school at General Dynamics Electric Boat, a defense contractor that designs and builds nuclear submarines for the Navy. His focus at Electric Boat was structural analysis of piping and piping components for multiple classes of submarines and aircraft carriers, as well as drafting technical documents for the Piping and Fluid Mechanics department.
