Michael L. Ross participates in many stages of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution involving a wide variety of technologies including computer software, information technology, wireless technology, telecommunications equipment, and medical devices. Prior to joining Fay, Kaplun & Marcin, Mr. Ross gained prosecution experience as a law clerk at an intellectual property law firm and litigation support experience at a general practice law firm.
Mr. Ross participated in Seton Hall’s Law, Science & Technology Program, working with students, faculty, and various members of the IP community to address the legal impact on society of advancing technologies. Mr. Ross has written articles relating to topics such as software patents and privacy rights with regard to e-mail at the workplace.
