Mr. Herman participates in many stages of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution involving computer software and hardware as well as mechanical inventions. Prior to law school, Mr. Herman worked as an engineer for 4 years at Schweizer Aircraft Corporation and was involved in the development of new generation helicopters.
During an internship with U.S. District Judge Hon. John E. Sprizzo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Mr. Herman was involved in researching and writing memoranda and drafting opinions on issues including contract law, employment law, trademark law, misrepresentation and fraud.
