Mr. Noh participates in many stages of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution involving a wide variety of technologies including networking devices, computer software, wireless devices, and telecommunications equipment. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Noh gained experience as an intern with the honorable Judge Joseph C. Cassini III, J.S.C. and as a law clerk with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office where he observed and participated in various phases of litigation.
During law school, Mr. Noh participated in the Rutgers Community Law Clinic - IP Division - working with students and faculty to provide intellectual property services to members of the local community, nonprofit corporations, start-up businesses, and Charter Schools. Mr. Noh worked on numerous projects including the preparation of provisional patent applications, trademark and copyright opinion letters, and non-disclosure agreements.
