Alex Lei is a technical advisor specializing in patent prosecution and technical research for patent infringement and validity opinions. Prior to joining Fay Kaplun & Marcin, Mr. Lei focused his studies on digital electronics and computer architecture. He worked as a research assistant at Rensselaer’s Center for Power Electronics Systems and completed a Master’s project related to computer instruction simulation. He has extensive experience in computer hardware and software, analog and digital circuits, telecommunications systems and Internet technology.
