Anita Chang has been working with the Firm since May 2005, participating in several areas of patent prosecution and litigation involving drafting patent applications and correspondence with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and researching matters pertaining to patent infringement. She participates in the patent prosecution of a variety of technologies including medical devices, computer software and wireless technology. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Chang worked for the law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, gaining litigation experience while participating in a large-scale pharmaceutical products liability case.
